The contents published on this Application id provided by the HR team based on the inputs you have submitted to the organization at the time of your joining formalities. This information provided through the application may not have any legal sanctity and are for general reference only, unless otherwise specified. However, every effort has been made to provide accurate and reliable information through the application. Employees are advised to verify the correctness of the data published here and inform HR Team in case of any corrections required.
Company Provided Information:As an employee of the company, you get access to the app automatically using your employee id or official email id. You will not be able to access the application once you are no longer an active employee of the company.
The information in the application will include your Name, Mobile no., eMail ID, Employee code, Attendance data, Leave data and other data you may provide in order to perform your duties as an employee of the company.
The information available in the app may be used to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information and required notices.
Automatically Collected Information:In addition, the Application will collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
When you use the mobile application, it will use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine your location at the time of performing your official work. The location information will be sent to HR team and client for taking necessary actions.
We may disclose User provided and Automatically Collected Information:- as required by law for any legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our client for providing the attendance and leave information, claims information etc.
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. But as a company policy the usage of app for marking attendance and leave and claiming your conveyance for official work will be possible only using the app.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your InformationWe will retain all the data for as long as you are an active employee of the and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information also for a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of application and thereafter may store it in aggregate. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Misuse by Non Targeted UsersAll mobile apps are meant for use by the active employee of the company only. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile.
SecurityWe are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors and clients who need to know that information. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
